From time to time, I've been involved in truly unique projects.
These are a few that I'm really proud of.
In med-December, 2012, I had the privlidge to work with Portland Thorns FC top management in developing the official team logo/badge. This project, from concept to completion, moved at a very quick pace, and it was an honor to have been included.
AC Portland is an organization that combines soccer, academics, and community to help Portland-area youth. My efforts included elements for a introductory book that was delivered to prospective sponsors around the Portland area. I also created promotional materials for the 2011 poetry slam.
A small piece for the "Prints and Pints" art show at Bottles pub on June 14, 2012. I wanted to show how something simple, like a lovely pint of beer, could have a lot of complexity.
This was an incredibly fun and multi-layered project. My Timbers-loving chums and I got together and decided to put on a live stage show on December 21, 2011. Part talk show, part sketch comedy, the show had something for everyone. Along with the show, we produced a full-featured show DVD, with my main contribitions including case art, disc art, and a sixteen page booklet. This was a labor of love.
In the summer of 2011, the Portland Timbers held a design contest for the captain's armband. My design, here, was the winner for the Timbers' second "Rose City Red" kit.
